After fireworks clean-up

After fireworks clean-up:  On July 5th 2010, NEMO members met at 7:15 am in the rain in 3 different groups to walk the beaches and streets of Anna Maria to clean up after the amazing Sandbar fireworks the night before.  Many of the members commented on the fact that there was not as much trash as was expected for the size of the crowds on the beach, which shows how much our community respects their beaches. Trash bags and disposable gloves were donated by several of the NEMO members.
